CLINIC RETURNED GOODS POLICY
- Full purchase credit or replacement product will be issued if material is damaged or JOM Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. has made an error in processing the order.
- Credit for expired product returns will be issued if the return is made on or after the last day of the month of product expiration, and within 24 months beyond product expiration. Returns for products that are not expired (in date), or expired beyond 24 months, are not eligible for credit.
- Expired returned products that were acquired at highly discounted prices (i.e. 50% or more off wholesale price at time of acquisition) will receive a credit equal to 50% of the price in effect two years ago. This credit may be applied to future purchases.
- Eligible returns of all other products will be credited 95% of current price. This credit may be applied to future purchases.
